Public Folders Are Holding You Back. Here's the Modern Alternative.
Exchange public folders were a solution for a different era. Modern Microsoft 365 offers better tools for every use case they covered. Survis moves your public folder content to the right modern home.
Before Survis vs. After Survis
You're still running Exchange public folders — a legacy technology that Microsoft has been trying to phase out for years. Content is disorganized. Access is inconsistent. And migrating to something better feels overwhelming.
Your public folder content is migrated to the right modern tool — Groups, SharePoint, or shared mailboxes — based on how the content is actually used. Structure is preserved. Access is improved. And nothing is lost.
What You Get With Survis Public Folder Migrations
A complete, managed solution — built around your specific requirements.
Expert Consultation
We start with a free discovery session because every public folder migration project is different and a generic plan will cost you time and money.
Custom Migration Plan
You get a written plan built around your environment because copy-paste playbooks miss the details that break public folder migration projects.
Zero Data Loss
Every item is validated before, during, and after the move because losing a single file or message is not acceptable.
No Unplanned Downtime
Cutover happens in a controlled window because your team cannot afford to stop working while we move things around.
Post-Migration Verification
We confirm every workload landed correctly because you should never have to wonder if the migration is really done.
Ongoing Support
We stay engaged after go-live because the first weeks on a new platform are when fast answers matter most.
